The piece SUS is a fractal modulation of sounds through intersections of time and intensity. Sounds emerge individually and in groups, and their trajectory is determined by ADSR (Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release). The height and temporal spacing of these points shape the sound’s dynamics, while Sustain determines its intensity. Although it may seem static, it develops over time and interweaves with modulations and synthesized frequencies. This slow evolution creates a rich sonic structure.
